HOW TO USE

Use the F42 Strobing Fan™ Brush to lightly sweep highlighter across the high points of the face, such as the cheekbones, brow bone, bridge of the nose, and cupid’s bow for a soft, diffused glow. For a more intense highlight, press and layer the product using the brush to build luminosity.
