Orders
Visit Sigmabeauty.com, select the products you'd like to purchase, and add them to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the Checkout page where you'll be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information. Review your order carefully before submitting it for processing. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email.
If you are unable to place an order, please clear your cookies and browsing history, and try again. If the problem persists, we recommend using a different internet browser. If these steps have not solved the issue, email Customer Support at contact@sigmabeauty.com for further assistance.
For gifting purposes, we do not provide invoices in our packages. All order invoices are issued to customer email provided at the time of checkout. If unable to locate, please email contact@sigmabeauty.com to receive a copy of your order confirmation receipt.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, Afterpay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, PayPal and PayPal Credit. We cannot guarantee that payments from a prepaid credit card will be accepted. For any information about your automated payment plans, be sure to contact payment method selected provider.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a refund. To expedite the process, please provide the order number in your request. Once an order has been cancelled and refunded, please allow a specific date range, which will be provided by our customer service representative, for your refund to fully process. If the order has already been marked as shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may refuse the package upon delivery, and once it is returned unopened to us, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds may take some time to be fully processed, so we ask for your patience during the specified date range given by our representative. This is typically 3-5 business days. If a significant amount of time has passed beyond the given date range without a refund, please contact us for further assistance.
Shipping & Delivery
Please visit Sigmabeauty.com, click the currency icon in the upper right corner, and select your currency or country. The products displayed under your selected currency are available for purchase in your specific country. If your country is not listed, we apologize and want to assure you that we are actively working on expanding Sigma Beauty’s global reach.
We do not offer shipping insurance. Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier to ensure delivery. Sigma Beauty is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

*International packages could take additional time to clear customs and arrive to your local carrier for final delivery. Taxes, duties, and custom fees may apply at delivery, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Sigma Beauty International shipping services are not always door to door deliveries; in some cases, it may be delivered to your nearest carrier/processing facility center. This can be due to potential fees needed to be paid prior to delivery. Signature confirmation is not required for any of the shipping methods offered on SigmaBeauty.com. We recommend referencing your tracking information for shipping updates.
Please note that taxes, duties, and customs fees may be applicable upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country’s regulations and are not always included in the purchase price. Customers are advised to check with local authorities for any potential fees before completing their order.
Once an order has been placed, and marked as shipped, we are unable to edit or modify any order information. If the order has not been marked as shipped, please reach out to our Customer Support to update it. If the order does ship, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly to inquire about a possible address update. Orders delivered to an incorrect address are not eligible for any resolution.
Sigma beauty is not responsible for any lost, stolen, and delayed orders. Resends are at Sigma's discretion. If you received a replacement order, it is not eligible to be returned back for a refund. Store credit can be issued as resolution. Sigma Beauty reserves the right to deny any resend.
If your order is being returned back to sender, we can issue a resend free of charge once received back to our facility. Return to sender email will issued to customer to confirm shipping address. Once confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Automatic refunds will be issued if unable to resend, or reach customer. Refused packages are held for 3 business days. Sigma Beauty reserves the right to deny any resends.
Return Policy
We hope you love every Sigma Beauty product you purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help with a refund or exchange.
Return Policy:
- Refunds: Returns made within 59 days of the original transaction date are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
- Store Credit/Exchanges: Returns made between 60 and 90 days of the original transaction date will be processed as store credit or an exchange.
- Returns After 90 Days: We cannot accept returns beyond 90 days from the original transaction date. These items will be returned to sender.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for both original shipping and return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If you would like Sigma Beauty to provide a return shipping label, we can send you an invoice for the return shipping costs. Once the invoice is paid, we’ll email you a printable shipping label. Please contact us before sending the return if you’d like a label.
- We recommend retaining the tracking number for your self return package, as Sigma Beauty is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Free Gifts:
- Free gifts are not eligible for exchange.
- If you're returning an order in full, any free gifts must also be returned. Refunds will not be processed until the free gift(s) is received/returned. Does not apply to partial returns.
Gift Recipients:
- Gift recipients can return items for an exchange or store credit, as long as they can confirm and provide original order information.
Return Eligibility:
- We reserve the right to deny any return we believe is violating our policy.
International Returns:
- Sigma Beauty does not provide International return labels.

Return Portal:
- All returns must be submitted through our Return Portal.

When you are ready to return, pack the item(s) in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit and keep the tracking number for your records. You can recycle your Sigma Beauty box.

Items purchased from our Sale page are final sale and not eligible for return. Any returned sale items will be refused and sent back to the customer. If an order consists entirely of sale items, it will be returned back to the sender.
Yes, you can return any used product. The only exception is if there is clear abuse of the product. All items received are checked, and approved for return prior to issuing any resolution. Sigma Beauty does not offer pre-paid return services for domestic nor international orders. Return charges are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your return, please allow our team 1-3 business days to process order. A full refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. If your package exceeds refund timeframe, you will be contacted via email to confirm resolution (exchange or store credit). If returning multiple orders under one tracking, be sure to label item(s) with designated order numbers. If you are returning the entire order, any free gifts must also be returned. Sigma Beauty has the right to deny, and refuse any returns violating our Return Policy.
Sigma Beauty does not provide refunds for shipping or return costs. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. If Sigma Beauty issues a return label, the customer must pay the return cost before receiving the label. At Sigma Beauty's discretion, return shipping fees may be deducted from the total refund amount. Return shipping fees will be deduced from refund only upon request.
Warranty Policy
Sigma Beauty 2-Year Warranty
At Sigma Beauty, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you purchased any Sigma Beauty brush from SigmaBeauty.com, or an authorized retailer, and the item fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement. Refund cannot be issued for warranty submissions. If the exact product is unavailable, we will provide a comparable replacement of similar value. Availability of stock on SigmaBeauty.com or at retailers may not reflect stock available for replacements. This warranty covers manufacturing defects up to 2 years from the original purchase date, regardless of how many times the product has been used. Proof of purchase is required, no exceptions. Sigma Beauty reserves the right to refuse any Warranty claims at our discretion.
Important Considerations Before Filing a Claim
All Sigma Beauty brushes are handcrafted, and no two are exactly the same. We take pride in the artisan craftsmanship of our tools, which can result in slight, nearly unnoticeable variations between brushes. Some minor bristle shedding is normal, especially with new brushes, due to their handmade nature. To prevent shedding during use, we recommend washing and reshaping your brushes before their first use.
Though we ship worldwide with great care, products can sometimes shift during transit. If your brush heads appear misshapen upon arrival, simply wash and reshape them before first use to restore them to their intended form.
If your Sigma Beauty product has failed due to a manufacturing defect, feel free to submit your Warranty exchange here.
Proof of purchase: This can be an email confirmation or an invoice number from SigmaBeauty.com, or a physical receipt from an authorized retailer. We track replacements by invoice, and you can receive a maximum of two replacements per brush.
Photo of the defect: A clear image showing the defect is required. If the defect cannot be identified from the photo, you may need to send the product to Sigma Beauty’s Customer Service for inspection. Be sure to wash the brush before submitting a photo, as product residue may affect our ability to evaluate the defect.
While Sigma Beauty offers an exceptional 2-year warranty, we understand that tools experience natural wear and tear over time. The following damages are not covered by our warranty:
- Fading or staining of bristles or handles
- Scratches on handles or ferrules
- Rubbed-off logos or product names
- Damage from regular use or abuse (dented or crushed products)
- Failure to properly care for products, including excessive product buildup in brush bristles
Classic Logo, and Sale brushes purchased on direct site are not eligible for replacement. Both are final sale. Replacement(s) will be provided at Sigma Beauty's discretion for any Classic Logo brushes, and brush sets purchased through an authorized retailer.
If you just received your order, and your brush(s) is defective, please be so kind and reach out to our Customer Support. This situation would not fall under a warranty exchange. Be sure to provide us with photos of the defective brush(s). Our Customer Support will provide you with additional instructions.
Promotions
Promotional codes of any kind will not apply to Influencer Sets, Value Sets, Disney Collections, sale items, and to any order when there is a sitewide discount automatically applied to each item. In addition, some coupon codes may have a minimum purchase requirement. Only one coupon code is allowed per order. Please note that codes do not combine with rewards points.
Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to apply additional discounts or make price adjustments. However, if the order is still within our facility, there may be an opportunity to cancel it and issue a refund. This would allow you to place a new order with the desired discount applied.
If the free gift is not adding to your cart, there could be a few reasons for that. Here are some things to check:
Minimum Purchase Requirement:
- Some free gifts are offered with a minimum purchase requirement. Make sure your order meets the criteria for the promotion after any discount code.
Promotion Code:
- If the free gift requires a code, double-check that you've entered it correctly during checkout.
Product Availability:
- The free gift may be out of stock, or limited in availability, which may prevent it from being added. If promotion states "while supplies last", it could be that the item is no longer available.
Promotional Period:
- Ensure that the promotion is still active and hasn't expired.
If everything seems in order and you're still having issues, we recommend reaching out to Sigma Beauty's customer support for further assistance.
Orders placed prior to the start of a promotion are not eligible for retroactive discounts or price adjustments. Sigma Beauty does not offer price adjustments on previous purchases. If you wish to take advantage of the current promotion, we recommend placing and order and returning your previous one for a refund.
Email Subscription
- Scroll down under any promotional email, click Unsubscribe to be removed from our list.
- Please allow our system 72 hours to complete the unsubscribe request. Any prescheduled emails may be received during this period of time.
SMS Subscription
- Reply "STOP" to any recently received promotions via SMS. Phone number will be automatically unsubscribed from promotions.
Sigma Beauty PRO
The Sigma Beauty PRO program offers a discount up to 40% on most regular-priced merchandise. Standard exclusions apply. To learn more about our program, please visit our Sigma Beauty PRO page.
To apply for the Sigma Beauty PRO program, please submit your Driver's License or State/Federal photo ID and one of the following requirements:
- Valid and active professional License (Cosmetology or Esthetician).
- Professional business website showcasing a portfolio of at least 10 original makeup artistry photos on diverse clients, accompanies by an offered makeup services section. Websites must feature a comprehensive gallery of your work across various client types and makeup styles and active social media handle(s).
Alternatively, provide two of the following:
- Proof of enrollment in a Cosmetology, Esthiology, or Makeup Artistry program requiring more than 80 hours of instruction. Accepted documents include enrollment letters, professional reference letters, or letters of recommendation. Student ID cards, class schedules, and program payments will not be accepted.
- Business card featuring your name and specific profession. A scan or photo of a physical business card will qualify. Digital business cards will not be accepted.
- Professional letter of employment and a current paystub from a client, Salon Manager, or Cosmetic Retailer.
- Completed contract, dated within the last 6 months.
- Makeup Artistry course certificate. Certificates must reflect courses requiring more than 80 hours of study. We may request proof of hours studied. Course certificates must be current (within the last 2 years).
- Professional website showcasing samples of your previous work and active social media handle(s).
- Call sheet from a production company or official letterhead, dated within the last 6 months.
- Union card.
- Completed contract, dated within the last 6 months.
- Professional Agency letter or reference.

All Sigma Beauty discounts and promotions have exclusions. The PRO discount does not apply to the following items on our direct site:

The PRO discount does not combine with other promotions, discounts, and rewards. The discount is provided through a unique code, and must be applied before checkout. The PRO discount will be deactivated if any sitewide promotion is over 40% off. One active PRO account per submission.

These exclusive fibers were designed and carefully tested to last longer and mimic animal hair. Synthetic-bristle brushes are more hygienic and effective than natural-bristle brushes because they are nonporous and don’t absorb or waste product.
In addition to our brushes, we have an extensive list of other vegan products, meaning they are manufactured without using any animal products. This includes a large assortment of makeup, plus all of our brush care tools, cleansers and blenders. We are continually working to develop and reformulate our makeup, whenever possible, to align with vegan qualifications.

Sigmax® Fibers
Sigmax® Fibers are Sigma Beauty's exclusive thermoplastic engineering polymer developed to evenly apply cream and powder products onto the skin for a high definition effect. Features premium filaments engineered for outstanding softness, heat and chemical resistance, mechanical strength and high durability. Sigmax® fibers are antibacterial and hypoallergenic.
SigmaTech® Fibers
SigmaTech® Fibers are Sigma Beauty's exclusive selection of high performance synthetic fibers engineered to outperform traditional animal hair. Features technologically advanced filaments with specialized tips developed to hold and deliver cream and powder products without any absorption into the bristles. Built to last, SigmaTech® fibers are antibacterial, hypoallergenic, and will maintain their original shape and color even after multiple washes.
All Sigma products are designed in the United States. The necessary components used to manufacture Sigma products come from a variety of specialized sources and are made in China. All Sigma products are made with the highest quality ingredients and components, and are hand-checked for quality at our headquarters in Minnesota, USA.
Our natural mica is sourced from a mica mine located in Hartwell, Georgia (USA).
Counterfeits
A counterfeit is the illegal production or selling of a product which is made to imitate or replicate a product of value; counterfeit goods are produced with the intent to deceive the buyer.
Sigma Beauty takes great pride in its high quality and innovative products. Counterfeit products are made with inferior materials and do not reflect the high standards that Sigma is known for. Often times counterfeit products are sold below the manufacturers advertised price. If the deal looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Please note, Sigma Beauty products purchased from retailers/resellers other than those listed as an Authorized Retailer (found here) may not be authentic or safe for use. Products purchased from an unauthorized seller will not be covered by Sigma Beauty’s warranty; Sigma Beauty will also not accept responsibility for any customer dissatisfaction resulting from purchasing products from unauthorized retailers/resellers.

Sigma takes allegations of counterfeit and infringing products seriously and encourages others to report suspicious activities.
If you would like to report counterfeits or other infringing products, please email us. In order to investigate these matters to fullest extent, please include the following in your email:
- Name of the seller or website where the products are being offered
- If the products are at a physical store, please include the store’s name and address
- The products and quantities being offered
- Information about the trademark in question
If you believe that you received unauthentic products, please email compliance@sigmabeauty.com, including a picture of the product received along with the above information within the email.
All official Sigma Beauty brushes will include the following:
- Laser engraved logo
- Patent No. D718060 or ‘Patent Pending’ depending on brush manufacture date
- Manufacturer serial numbers may be stamped in ferrules depending on manufacture date, this was recently implemented to further ensure authenticity
We are able to guarantee authentic Sigma Beauty products when purchasing from our direct website at SigmaBeauty.com or from an authorized retailer.
The products and services available on the Site, and any samples thereof that we may provide to you, are for personal and/or professional use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us.
