HOW TO USE

Use the Fill + Blend Brow Pencil to lightly sketch and fill in sparse areas, following the natural shape of the brows for soft definition. Blend as needed for a seamless finish. Follow with the Prime + Control Brow Wax to groom and set hairs into place, brushing upward and outward for a lifted, polished effect that holds throughout the day.
