Show Us Your Sigma

By submitting content through the Sigma Beauty "Show Us Your Sigma" program (the "Program"), you agree to these terms.

1. Your content

You confirm that:

• You created the submitted video, photos, audio and caption ("Content") and have the right to submit it.
• Your Content does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
• Everyone identifiable in your Content is 18 or older and has agreed to appear in it and to the uses below. No one under 18 may appear.
• Your Content contains nothing unlawful, defamatory, obscene or misleading.
• Your statements reflect your honest experience with the Sigma products shown.
• Music Creator must clear Sigma may strip or replace audio

2. Review only

Submitting lets Sigma Beauty store and review your Content internally to decide whether to select it. Unless your Content is selected, Sigma will not publish it, and you keep all rights to it.

3. Selection and reward

If Sigma selects your Content, we will email you within 30 days of the decision. Once you confirm your eligibility and ownership, we will send a $175 Sigma Beauty gift card within 14 days. The gift card is your full payment for the organic license in Section 4. Gift cards have no cash value except where required by law.

4. Organic license

On selection, you grant Sigma Beauty a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, publish and distribute the selected Content, and your name, handle, image, likeness and voice as they appear in it. This license:

• Covers Sigma-owned channels only: Sigma's social media accounts (unboosted posts), SigmaBeauty.com, email and SMS.
• Excludes paid or boosted advertising, whitelisting or Spark Ads, TV, print, out-of-home and use by retailers or other third parties for their own marketing. Those require a separate written agreement and fee (Section 6).
• Lasts 24 months from the date we notify you of selection. Posts already published may stay up after that, but Sigma will not make new uses without your agreement.
• May be exercised through vendors who operate Sigma's channels on Sigma's behalf, but may not be sublicensed to anyone for their own use.

You keep ownership of your Content and may keep using it however you like.

5. Credit and edits

Sigma will credit your handle where the platform allows. Sigma may crop, resize, trim, add captions or subtitles and add Sigma logos or end cards. Sigma will not add a voiceover, change your words, or edit the Content in a way that changes its meaning or presents you as saying something you didn't say.

6. Paid advertising

If Sigma wants to use your selected Content in paid advertising or whitelisting, we will contact you with a separate written offer stating the fee, channels and duration. You may accept, negotiate or decline. Declining does not affect your gift card or organic use.

7. Removal requests

You may ask Sigma to stop using your Content at any time by emailing contact@sigmabeauty.com. Sigma will stop new uses and remove the Content from active Sigma-controlled placements (website, pinned posts, email templates) within 30 days. Sigma isn't required to delete past social posts or emails already sent. Your gift card stays yours.

8. Music and audio

Sigma may remove or replace audio it does not have the rights to use.

9. Disclosure

When Sigma features selected Content, Sigma will note that the creator received a reward. If you post your submission on your own channels, clearly disclose your giveaway entry (for example, #ad or "Sigma giveaway entry").

10. No obligation

Sigma doesn't have to select or use any Content and may stop using selected Content at any time. Submitting creates no employment, agency or partnership relationship.

11. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to submit. The $175 gift card is available to creators in the US and all countries Sigma ships to. The giveaway is limited to US residents (see Official Rules).

12. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes on your reward. Sigma may request a W-9 or similar form where required by law.

13. Privacy

Information you submit is handled under Sigma's Privacy Policy and used to run the Program and the giveaway, contact you and deliver rewards.

Sigma Beauty Customer Content Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor of the Sigma Beauty Customer Content Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is Sigma Beauty, 1395 Commerce Dr, Mendota Heights, MN, 55120, US.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor and its affiliates, agencies, and vendors involved in the administration of the Giveaway are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on Oct 19, 2026 at 12:00 AM and ends on Feb 19, 2027 at 11:59 PM CT (“Giveaway Period”). All times are America/Chicago.

Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, visit https://sigmabeauty.com/pages/ugc-submission-form and complete the Customer Content Submission Form.

To receive an entry, participants must:

Submit an original video featuring Sigma Beauty product(s); provide all required information; confirm that they created and own the submitted Content; agree to the Content Usage & Release Terms and these Official Rules; and confirm that they meet the age and eligibility requirements.

Each eligible submission will receive one entry into the Giveaway.

Multiple entries are permitted only when each entry contains a separate, original, eligible submission.

Automated, duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible submissions may be disqualified.

To enter without submitting a video, email contact@sigmabeauty.com with the

subject "Show Us Your Sigma Giveaway," your full name, email and mailing address

during the Giveaway Period. Limit one alternate entry per person per day. Alternate

entries have the same chance of winning as video entries.

5. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

6. Prize

One winner will receive a curated Sigma Beauty product bundle consisting of various Sigma products, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $400.

Prize details are subject to availability. Sponsor may substitute a prize or component of equal or greater value if necessary.

No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Winner Selection + Odds

On or about Feb 22, 2027, Sponsor or its designated representative will randomly select a potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or other contact information provided at entry.

The potential winner must respond within 5 business days and may be required to complete eligibility, release, tax, or other documentation before receiving the prize.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

9. Taxes

The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize that are not specifically stated as included.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, social media handle, likeness, city and state, and statements relating to the Giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Any use of the winner’s submitted Content remains subject to the separate Content Usage & Release Terms.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent or infringing Content, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a manner that Sponsor determines could interfere with the proper administration of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agencies, and representatives will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, corrupted, or unsuccessful entries or for technical, network, hardware, software, website, transmission, or other failures that affect participation in the Giveaway.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway and in accordance with Sigma Beauty’s Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of Minnesota, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles, except where prohibited by applicable law.

15. Winner Information

For information regarding the winner, contact contact@sigmabeauty.com within 60 days after the Giveaway has concluded.

16. Agreement to Official Rules

By entering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules.
