HOW TO USE

Apply the Eyeshadow Base Primer in Persuade to clean lids and blend evenly to create a smooth, long-wearing base. Add depth where needed with the E27 Detail Blending™ Brush, focusing on the outer corner or crease. Finish by using the E21 Smudge Brush along the lash line to softly define and enhance the eyes for an effortless, polished look.
