RETURNS RECEIVED WITHIN 59 DAYS
of the original transaction date are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.
RETURNS RECEIVED WITHIN 60-90 DAYS
from the original transaction date will be processed as a store credit or exchange.
RETURNS RECEIVED AFTER 90 DAYS
will be returned to the sender.
3DHD™ BLENDER RETURNS
Our 3DHD™ Blender is eligible for return or exchange if return package is postmarked within 14 days of original order date. Returns postmarked after 14 days will be returned to sender.
Original shipping and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable.
Please retain the tracking number of your return package for your records. Sigma is not responsible for return packages that are not received at our office.
RETURN ORDERS WITH FREE GIFTS
When returning orders in full, free gifts must also be returned. No refund of any kind will be issued until the free gift is received.
Gift recipients may return items for an exchange or store credit when original order number is provided.
Free gifts are not eligible for exchange.

Sigma Beauty reserves the right to deny a return request if excessive returns history is indicative of wardrobing.

When you are ready to return: Pack the item(s) in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit and keep the tracking number for your records.

Included in the box: Order number, full name, and resolution requested (refund, exchange, or store credit). If you wish to exchange, please specify which item.
If you would like for Sigma Beauty to provide you with a return shipping label, we are able to do so by sending you an invoice to cover the return shipping costs. This offer applies to domestic addresses only. After the invoice is paid, you will be emailed with a printable label for your package. CANCEL OR MODIFY ORDER
